I am having problems viewing my contacts.. it has been saying updating contacts for hours now and I dont know what to do. My contact list is blank without access to even view it. I cannot even make a call or input ussd or save new contacts

Hi, and welcome to the community

Could you please advise what contacts app you are using. Samsung or 3rd party (Google, etc).

If using Samsung contacts then long press on the contacts icon and tap the exclamation mark. Tap Storage. Tap clear data and clear cache.1722424560833_1722424560829_0.jpg1722424582504_1722424582499_0.jpg1722424611212_1722424611204_0.jpg

That's odd. Do you have network signal? Have you checked your sync accounts in settings? Tried rebooting the phone? It should be instant as it's small amount of data.

I imagine you need to check your accounts sync settings .

I do have fibre connection and i tried rebooting more than twice
