How to change order of faves in phone app...not order of all contacts.

Go to contacts- click the 3 dots on the right side of the screen- click reorder favourites- drag and move with the up/down arrows on the right side

Nope no 3 dots and it is all messed up. If you have the rubbish update this doesn't work

This works on ui7- just double checked. On the link i provided someone had an issue with it showing up too

"My friend helped me offline but for the benefit of everyone i am posting the solution below:

Open Contacts App--> Click on the 3 dots on Right hand top corner ---> View by Storage location and select All Contacts. Thats it done. Now you will be able to find the option Reorder Favourites."

Though you say no 3 dots at all? Care to provide screenshot of what youre seeing?

There are no 3 dots on my contacts app which by the way I have never used before now

@Nungari: This appears to be the Google Contacts app, whereas the steps provided above were for the Samsung Contacts app. To reorder your favourites in Google Contacts, press and hold on the contact, drag it to your preferred location, then release. I also recommend tapping your profile in the top right and exploring the app settings to see if a 'reorder favourites' option is available.
