Ive done some research to see if the samsung a12 has contactless payment and i am finding mixed results and i have looked through the settings for the NFC setting but its not there but some websites say that I dont need it but im not sure

Normally if the phone has NFC it will appear in settings in the connection part if it does not show then the phone doesn't have it and contactless payment won't work

NFC Yes (market/region dependent).

Works fine for contactlees. You just need to install Google pay.

Can there be an update that will fix this issue? It is very annoying to have to buy another phone because the phone I bought less than two years ago does not have a basic NFC feature to verify biometrics and make contactless payment. Why have it in 10, 11 and 13? Why was A12 excluded from the feature? It looks like a modern design flaw that someone is avoiding responsibility for. Please fix this now!
