Claiming AKG headphones with A51

I'm having an issue with claiming the AKG Y500 headphones. getting this message. Can't participate in this event. Check event details for eligibility. (BNF.403.111) im witin the date range. I bought by clicking on the offer. whats wrong?

You need to login to the samsung members via a computer to see the links. Worked for me at least. I couldnt see them on my new A51

Same issue here. When going to the link I am getting "Sorry, we're down for maintenance" Looks like we are not getting the headphones
