Charging problem with Samsung A40

Recently my phone's battery died, so I was wanting to normally charge it as usually. Although, this time it seemed like my phone wouldn't charge at all. The screen stays black, I've tried multiple chargers from family members, sometimes there flashes a charging icon in the screen but nothing else. I tried connecting it to my laptop, but I didn't get a notification that a device was connected at all.

So my question is: How'd I fix this?
