It may depend if you saved them in Google or not, if you saved them in Google, you may need to sync your devices, I noticed stuff on my calender hadn't transferred even though I thought my account was synced when I just changed phone, and for samsung pass i think you need to be logged into your account on your phone, I am not sure, mine just seems to happen 😂. Check you have done all your updates in both play store and the samsung app store and checked your software is all up to date 😊
