@Jenian: Can you try opening the Gallery app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Cloud Sync, and make sure that OneDrive is selected. Now, from your Home Screen, head to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Cloud > Sync Apps, and make sure OneDrive is enabled, if applicable.
