Hi All,
I used my wife's phone as the obvious place to divert calls to on busy, on unanswered and on unreachable. All seemed fine until now - the choice has become problematic and she has asked me to stop it. I have tried to deactivate but get an error message - "Failed to read data, Unable to deactivate call diverting for unanswered calls. Unsupported by operator"
The message is same for busy and unreachable. I've seen some suggested fixes involving factory resets or such like. Surely there is a straightforward fix??
If I was able to easily activate the feature, surely I can deactivate??
All help gratefully received.

... Call settings
... Supplementary services
... TAP call forward (it may come up with a number)
... TAP AGAIN
...deactivate.
Hopefully that'll sort it.
For me, it all forwards to voicemail.

Hi,
Thanks for the offered solution but it is what I've already tried - it is at this point that I get my error message as in my original post.
