I've changed password on the phone today, but cannot login with the new password. I think I mistyped something during password change (it's A7 2018, front-glass was replaced and typing became inaccurate after that). I couldn't unlock the phone from findmyphone website, it gives an error: ' Remote unlock is off.'
Now, I wanted to backup my phone before resetting and backup process on findmyphone.samsung.com requires two-step verification enabled.
I've enabled 2-step verification, but when click on backup icon, I still get the following message:
For your security, two-step verification is required for backing up your phone. You can set it up at https://account.samsung.com/membership/guide/2step/.
Is there any workaround for this issue?
