Can't up date anymore for my Samsung A12 need help ..

At least its not just me. I also have a A10 that updates no problems .

@Mikefitz: Please can you provide a bit more information about the issue you're facing? For instance, do you have an update available for the device, but are unable to complete it? Are you referring to a software update, security update, or app update?

Samsung browser . I have a update sent by Samsung when I try to down load l get no longer available for my phone tried Samsung galaxy same thing as just like play store the little red light next to Samsung browser takes me to play store where I can't download.

I had an issue with the Members app a few days ago, same as yours but it did work later the same day.

There's an issue with Samsung's browser at present and it's not just the A12 that is affected. Loads of people on different devices are getting the same incompatible message. Wait for Samsung to sort it out but if concerned use a different browser in the meantime
