Can't access my voicemail

Hey. I asked this question 2 or 3 months ago and got a really helpful response from a Samsung techy? I can't find their reply in this Samsung Members app? Anyone know where their reply is hiding 😆

Voicemails access is usually a code from your network Provider for instance on Vodafone in the UK it's 121, which you can dial via phone dialer and this can be programed in to the nunber 1 speed dial

Thanks but that isn't the problem. I can access the service but the automated voice says 'the person you are calling is not available....'. It doesn't realise its me trying to access my voicemail

My phone rings for 5 seconds then switches to voicemail. That's not enough time to answer the call. How can I make it ring for longer, say 20 seconds instead.

I can't access to when people phone me on a phone, it doesn't ring & then l get a voice mail, what can l do ? Thank you
