My daughter can no longer unlock her A54 since the ohone updated 2 days ago. It dais her password is incorrect, but it is correct and this was never an issue before.
It started after the restart just after her update 2 days ago. It's the password to unlock the phone (the sim does not have a pin).
We've tried a restart using power and volume down, but still it sais the password is wrong.

Hi @Members_1x2YER9 Should be able to reset using Smart Things Find on another Device if Remote unlock had been set up. Find My Device has been integrated with Smart Things Find. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/apps-services/what-is-find-my-mobile/
Alternatively can use Google's Find My Device but would need to Factory Reset (Find My Device needs to have been turned on) https://support.google.com/android/answer/Find My Device

She changed the password remotely via samsungs Find My Device, to no avail (A54 still sais incorrect, and now have to wait 24 hours for a new try). The unlock option isnnot available, so I assume she had not activated it.
Only solution is probably a reset 😕
Bummer they broke it via the update ...

Unfortunately, I encountered the same problem after the update, and no matter what I do, I cannot log in with my old PIN code. On the other hand, it asks for the PIN of the SIM card, after confirmation it asks for the PIN again. I have a lot of information on my phone. What should I do now?
