Hi @tigger2017

I can appreciate how frustrating this must be.

May I ask the following please.

  • Does this happen everywhere or in a particular area  ? If in a particular area then it may be network related. Check any available online network checkers.
  • Does this happen with all contacts or a particular one ? If a particular one then you may have accidentally blocked them and or the issue is on their end.
  • Can you test your sim card in another phone and then see what happens  ? This helps to rule out a phone error or sim card error. Your network can help with a replacement sim card known as a sim swap to a new blank sim card.
  • Can you try another sim card in your phone and them see if calls are OK.
  • Ensure you don't have any voicemail turned on in regards to diverting calls and or lengthen the time it takes to go to voicemail. This is all found on your Networks support pages.

There is a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Also this might help > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

I appreciate there's alot to look at here.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
