Make sure the app has Mic permission and for the face recognition just retake it in a bright room. Simply just click on them and re do those 2. Let me know how you get on!
If the highlighted mic issue keeps lit then it's a case of it the mics sound OK it's a decision to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on or not @TaylorJayson
