After One UI 7.0 froze my Samsung A14. I removed it from my phone three weeks ago now I would like to download it again. Will it fix that freezing issue?

How did you remove One UI7?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I removed it by doing a factory reset and the phone became new like newly purchased from the shop.

Isn't possible lol. Once you update you cant revet back unless you unlock the bootloader and do it yourself

Unless you were a bata tester

It is possible because they asked me to do it again and I've done last night. A lot of people don't know about factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone before doing it.

The user's data is in a separate part of the storage its known as a partition and there is one for the system and one for user data. When you reset it only resets the user's data off the device it is unable to wipe any system updates and revert back to any updates. As per when it says when u update (image)k9XvLK4gL2.jpg

Factory resetting will not revert your OS back to an earlier version. Whoever gave you this information is completely mistaken. Every firmware update is saved in a specific part of your phone, which is used for resetting your device upon a factory reset. If all you did was factory reset after installing OneUI 7, you will still be on OneUI 7. If you aren't experiencing the "freezing" issue anymore, it means whatever customisation, widget or apps you had running previously, is likely removed.

A factory reset deleted your personal data off the phone...and thats it, but you did not "revert UI7 update" in doing so... youll still be on ui7. Settings- about- Software information- *One Ul version*
