I brought my Galaxy A53 and galaxy watch 4 from India, currently Iam living in Ireland. When i tried to used the Samsung health monitor app. Its says it wont work becuase the phone where i brought doesn't support Samsung health monitor.
is there any way to fix this?
Like changing the current Firmware to country specific one, will this helpful?
Please let me know.

@mrsreez: Due to country restrictions in obtaining approval/registration as a medical device, the Samsung Health Monitor app only works on watches and smartphones purchased in the countries where the service is currently available. While it is available in 65 countries, India is sadly not included, so devices from that region won't support the feature. I apologise for any disappointment this may cause you.
