@crsman: I believe that the option to disable the Shutter Sound is unavailable on EU mobile devices due to Privacy Laws, however you may wish to try the solution presented in the thread below.

thanks for that after checking out the other EU solutions, i will just have to turn the system sounds off that seems to work for most.
