Hi @Lawny, try using the camera while the phone is in Safe Mode. This will disable all third-party applications temporarily, to see if they are the cause of the issue. To do this turn your A21 off, then back on, and when you spot the Samsung logo on the screen, press and hold the Volume Down button until you see displayed ‘Safe Mode’. If the issue disappears in Safe Mode, you’ll need to disable the third-party apps one by one until you find the culprit. Should this not help, proceed with backing up your data and with a Factory Reset from: Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset > Delete All > If you're signed into a Samsung account, you'll need to enter your account's password, then tap OK.
