After the last update the Bluetooth on my phone keeps turning off. I've reset network settings and done a factory reset and it's still not working properly. Any advice.

UPDATE

Unfortunately after going through the advice on Samsung repair section. Nothing worked so I got a Samsung engineer to look at it. There was a fault on the motherboard. Now working great.

Did you wipe the cache partition after the October update and it is the One UI 5.1 version you are on and not the beta version.

In the members app, I would also run the phones diagnostic for Bluetooth to see what it says. As you have already done a factory reset and network reset, you may need to contact Samsung support for further help.

@AB7872   could also clear the Bluetooth cache,go to Settings-Apps-Sort-Show System Apps-ok.  Go to Bluetooth-Storage-Clear cache .  Detailed as one of the fixes in this article https://techwiser.com/ways-to-fix-samsung-phone-keeps-disconnecting-from-bluetooth-devices/  Just to point out that the article linked is not the most up to date, you may now need to connect to computer or plug in USB-C Headphones.  You can also repair apps from the same Recovery Menu.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Why is this tagged as 'solved' when it clearly is not?  I've been having the same problem since the update, with the added issue of my email app not syncing.  Very disappinted  we've not had a fix or message via Samsung on this as we're not alone.  (No delay in receiving adverts though, so the marketing dept. is working.)

After contacting Samsung, the technician said there was a fault on the motherboard and nothing I could do. So they replaced the motherboard and got a new OS.

Hello,

I am running into the exact same issue with no other troubleshooting is working. Respectfully I am trying to avoid a factory reset as it is just time consuming while I am already working on the go.

The clear cache for Bluetooth is completely greyed out.

How did you get a Samsung engineer to look at this device?

I just registered my phone then went through customer service. As I'd reset the phone back to factory settings 3 times, it doesn't work.  The engineer customer services sent said there was a fault with the motherboard so replaced it.

I went through the Samsung fault page so they had I record of what I'd done. At the bottom somewhere of the fault page I looked how to contact them & went from there.

Hope it helps
