Does your phone pair OK to other Bluetooth sources such as earphones, watch or other devices ?

Your dealership or maybe even a dedicated community forum for that model of van users maybe able to assist.
On your phone you could try clearing your Bluetooth cache.
Settings, Apps, Bluetooth, Storage then tap on Clear Cache and on Clear Data if you need to.
