Blocking texts that are "un able to reply "

Does anybody know how to block unwanted texts from a company that is spaming but the texts come through with no number ... just the business name or  'Do Not Reply'  in replacement of a valid number ? I can't  even text back to ask them to stop.... none of the Samsung installed methods of blocking a number work either?.... T.I .A 🙂🙂

Hi @katiaberyl003 and @janmck, it may be worth reaching out to your network provider to see if they're able to assist you in blocking these messages. You're only able to block senders through your phone settings if there's a number attached to the message.
