Fotmr some reason, my A525G has blocked mum landlines number, and she can't reach me.
.How has this happened? I can't seem to unblock it.
Normally I think ive done something wrong, but why would I block my own mothers number.
Can someone please help me.
Sky, my provider are closed for the night.
Thank you...

Open the phone app, click the 3 dots and go to settings. Then go to block numbers. From there you can unblock your mums number.

Thank you Fiona. I have done that but all it says is hide blocked numbers, or unblock all numbers, but strangely enough, my mums number doesn t appear on the list.
I deleted mums number and put it back in in a different way. I have had a lot of problems with this phone, and Sky aren't technically experienced enough to help me with everything that wrong...

After deleting you're mums number and putting it back in. Can you're mum now call you? Any problems you do have, any issues you can't solve. Just post on the members app. Someone may be able to help you. 😊

I can offer some general suggestions to help you troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check call blocking settings: Go to the call settings or call blocking section on your phone and ensure that your mother's number is not listed or blocked. If it is, remove it from the block list.

  2. Restart your phone: A simple restart can sometimes resolve temporary glitches or settings conflicts. Power off your phone, wait a few seconds, and then power it back on.

  3. Clear phone app cache and data: Sometimes, issues with call blocking can be resolved by clearing the cache and data of the Phone app. Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear cache/Clear storage.

  4. Check for third-party call blocking apps: If you have any call blocking apps installed on your device, make sure they are not blocking your mother's number. Open the call blocking app and review the settings or block list.

  5. Contact your service provider: If the issue persists and you are unable to resolve it on your own, reach out to your service provider (Sky) during their working hours. They may be able to assist you in troubleshooting the call blocking issue.

Remember to explain the situation clearly to your service provider so they can provide appropriate guidance to resolve the problem.
