Annoying grey message

Hi, I bought the A42 5g phone yesterday and anytime it alerts me about something the grey box will not disappear, it stays there for approximately 1minute, does anyone know how to get rid of it sooner?

Does it help by going settings-user manual-notification settings

What you wanna do is either go to the finder, or search in settings, and search for time to take action. Then change it to what you want.
