@vivasamm: As far as I am aware, the Emergency Calls button is a default feature, and will be visible on your Lock Screen if you have a medium or high Lock screen type in place e.g. PIN, pattern or password. The only way to remove it is to set your Screen lock type to 'Swipe' however I do appreciate that this may not be ideal.
You may wish to try heading to Settings > Safety and emergency > Emergency contacts > Show on lock screen > Off, to see if this helps. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
