It is a bit hidden now. In Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Intelligent Wi-Fi > click on Intelligent Wi-Fi 6 times to enable Connectivity Labs.
In Connectivity labs > Click on the Wi-Fi name > More > Link speed

I don't have a "more" option. I had to click on WiFi Developer options/Connection information to see the link speed.
