Just got a new A54 mobile, how do I turn video autoplay for Instagram and Facebook off please?

I'm not sure if you can, the only app I can think of one doing that is YouTube. May go though all the apps settings.

Hi @Pete66  on Facebook go to Settings and Privacy-Media-Autoplay.  There is an option to Never Auto Play videos,Alternatively can Autoplay on wifi only or Autoplay on Mobile Data and Wifi.

However on the Instagram app  it is only possible to  Disable Autoplay on Data only with Data Saver turned on.  Autoplay is switched off by default on the Instagram site though.  see more information here https://screenrant.com/instagram-stop-autoplay-videos-how/
