Allowing a sender through messages

Hi,

I have been locked out of my Facebook account. Whenever I try to login I am told I have to approve my login and a message has been sent to my Samsung Galaxy A15 G5.

However, that message never arrives so I stay locked out of FB.

Is it possible FB is blocked from sending me SMS messages?

If so, how can I lift that block?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Perhaps, if possible, access your FB account via a PC or some other device and if you manage to logon check your settings etc. Have previously accessed FB via a different device? Good luck
