All4 app not compatible on a70

Hi,

I've tried playing a programme on all4 from my A70 device but keep getting the message :

Unable to play

Unfortunately due to a compatibility issue the device you are using does not support playing or downloading all4 content.

Can anybody advise me how to rectify this issue if at all possible

@Lollyb: Where did you purchase your Galaxy A70 from? Are you attempting to access All4 via your web browser, or are you using the dedicated app from the Google Play Store?
