Ads pop up

Hi I have ads popping up on phone all the time no matter what app I'm using help

We have seen this before. One of the apps you've downloaded will be creating these pop ups.

It is not the device.

You'll need to identify which app and either stop the ads or delete it.

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

Go to app draw- scroll to the end- this will show most recent apps- delete them. One is causing them- samsung devices do not have ads

*make sure app draw is set to custom order not alphabetical. 3 dots next to search bar

Have you tried scanning your phone using app protection? You can find this on device care. The issue could be from a rogue app.
