Adding a random background in WhatsApp on my A54 not a good ideaA54

Added a random image as background in Whatsapp. This was not a good move. 

My A54 5G phone will not let me remove it. Furthermore, image pops up as background in Google Chat aswell.

I uninstall both apps, but image returns.

Any idea how to forever remove background?

@Members_pnfFdd8: Open WhatsApp > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Chats > Default chat theme > Wallpaper > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Reset wallpaper.

Thanks. Yes, I've tried this many times. I have now uninstalled WhatsApp, reinstalled it, to no avail. 

It is now uninstalled. 

I try Googles Chat. Same background pops up there. 

So, its a system thing.

I am pondering resetting phone to factory setting. That's a nightmare,  though.
