Hi, we have a Galaxy A9, and the Samsung keyboard is working fine within the phone and on google searches but when trying to type on webpages/apps such as YouTube the text isn't showing up in the search boxes. We have reset the keyboard, and cleared the cache, but it still isn't working. There have been several updates recently, could they be the cause?
