A54 5g bluetooth disconnecting and phone restarting

I've been using Bluetooth headphones with Spotify and couch to 5k app at same time for a while now but recently the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and then at time also restarting the phone. 

It's very annoying, I've cleared cache, downloaded apps again, phone is up to date, reset Bluetooth settings, make sure no other devices are trying to connect etc but nothing is working.

It could be one of those apps causing the phone to reboot. Have you recently updated? Have a look in Play Store to see if other users of couch to 5k or Spotify and with your device are having similar issues. It could be that the app developer needs to issue a fix.

Please also try wiping the phones cache partition

You will need to plug into a working device or pc/laptop.

Spotify broke my a54. Phone crashed and wouldn't switch on or off. Unable to redstart it. Frozen on samsung screen.

I'm still having this issue. No longer using couch to 5k, but using fitbit to track my run alongside Bluetooth headphones and Spotify. It's so frustrating. My car connects phone via Bluetooth and I've never had an issue. I thought perhaps it's the using of two Bluetooth things at a time - but I tried using my phone to track distance and it still did it!
