Just getting to grips with new A71,brilliant phone,having difficulty taking screenshots,lower volume and power key but just getting restart screen

You will get the restart screen if you hold them, you just want to quickly press them both at the same time for a screenshot.

Not sure if all Samsungs work the same as my S9, but if you swipe across the screen from left to right using the edge of your hand you should also be able to take a screenshot without having to press any buttons at all.
