A71 HDMI out

Hi,

I have the A71 phone, not the 5g version. I bought a mhl usb type c to hdmi cable as I read online that this would be possible with my phone. Unfortunately hdmi to tv is not working, its a new cable, has anyone else had any success in doing this? If so do you have a link to purchase the correct cable?

I can use my chromecast, but I don't want to use wifi, I need a hdmi solution.

No wired connection will work. The device doesn't support MHL

Is there an option to connect to tv as wired? I see some cables claiming to work as screen mirror on non mhl phones, using an android app with the cable. I don't know if I can trust.

Those adapters are only for mhl compatible devices.
