A71 - Does not have Dual Sim option.

Hi there! I had my A71 for almost 8 months, but recently, i did get another SIM because of work, but im not able to find the option to activate it. 

Apps - Settings - Connections - Dual Sim, that option just does not appear. 

I tried turning off the phone, putting both Sim cards and then, of course, turned on. I saw the Sim Toolkit but it dissapear and now im on the start, can't use both Sim cards.

I'm assuming here that your phone has duel sim capability. Not all phones are.
You should have under connections. SIM card manager, if your phone has duel sim capability, you should see the option.

Yes, indeed it is supposed to be there, but i only have this. And yes, i have SD card slot and 2 SIM cards slots in the Carry

Almost like you don't have duel sim capability.
Have you tried to see if it makes a difference taking the memory card out.
The sim card tray may have the spaces, but it's generic to all models

Im not using Memory card, i only have the Sim card actually. So i assume that you are right, i don't have Dual Sim capability. 

The only thing that feels weird, is the SIM Toolkit app, which has dissapeared almost instantly.

Hey don't worry about spelling. Seems strange that bit of software disappeared.
Maybe try doing some feedback via the Samsung Member app in the help section.
Possibly might get a solution through that
