A71 Camera flash missing in 3:4H mode

Why camera flash is not active in 3:4H mode? I clear camera cache,reset camera settings ,but the problem still persist! How to fix this?

I know you mentioned the a71, but on my a70 when I activated the 3:4h mode , the flash option changes from a pop up selection of auto, on, off to just changing between auto and off, without the popup option .

So you're not even seeing the flash symbol change from on to off ?

On my phone flash is greyout , I can't change nothing!

Have you had an update recently?
Was the issue initially there when you first the device?
Can you select the torch option from the quick panel ? The panel with the quick options to use wifi, data, locations, etc

Flash works everywhere exept camera in 3:4H mode. This make 64 Mp camera useless in low light! Why Samsung advertise 64Mp camera when i can't use it ! I'm so disappointed 😔

Same with me on the a71. All the reviews on youtube showing that you can't use 64mp with flash when on 3:4H. I don't know why but it's kinda disappointing.
