A70 smartphone. I only connect to O2 when dialing other numbers.

I can't connect to any other numbers except O2 when I dial them, what has happened to my phone.

Sorry to hear of your issues.

Are you saying when you call a number, it connects you to O2?
Or are you saying your device will only call other people who use O2?

Could you please elaborate more on the issue? Phone only connects to o2 network when you making a phone calls?

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens @bluebeef
