A70-Screenshot problem

Anyone having problem with taking screenshot on A70  after latest update. Screen goes to Poweroff/Restart. HELP

Got to say the A70 is the worse Samsung phone I've ever had, tried all of the above suggestions to fix screenshot and none of them work.🤨
