A55 5G does not connect to Telenet 5G.

Telenet said that the serial number of my phone did not enter into a list and Samsung can fix that. Anyone had a similar experience?

Check that the frequencies / bands your phone has for 5G is compatible to what your chosen network uses @Members_p13ex3Q

You can check this by using sites such as gsmarena.com and Google Searching what your network uses.

Gsmarena says your phone uses these 5G bands > 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41, 66, 77, 78 SA/NSA/Sub6

If they match then your network may need to provision your account for 5G.

You might be able to retest the sim by placing it in another mobile phone that has 5G.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

It seems that new models like the A55 have to be ‘accepted’ on the 5g network. That could take a few months. I have a Telenet simcard. The same simcard has 5g on other devices. It would be interesting to know if the A55 has the same problem with other providers like Proximus, Orange,…
