A54 will only connect to 4g

In UK on Lyca Mobile using eSIM.

One UI6.1 (updated today)

Previously had good 5g connection for several months (since Feb) but for a couple of weeks+ only ever 4g.

I have tried the toggling airplane mode trick

I have reset Mobile network settings and restarted phone 

I have disabled, and then later deleted any routines that use power saving, and have power saving turned off.

I've run diagnostics in Samsung Members app and all fine.

Any ideas?

I'd speak to your network provider first.

Are you sure it's a 5g model?

Yes, said in post I've previously had good 5g connection on it.
