Can you pleses help I'm trying to use the Secure folder and it keeps saying that if it keeps happening to Contact customer Support

It may indeed be that you need to contact Technical Product Support for Mobile Devices: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/#product-support%C2%A0 about that one. But can you tell us more info about what you were trying to do that made that error message appear in case we can shed any light on it for you?
