A54 extremely weak vibration

Hi recently bought an a54 having an A53 previously. Even with intensity for everything set to full on vibration the vibration is extremely weak and is only just felt when held in my hand which eliminates the point. Any help for other things to check greatly appreciated before I return it to the shop? Thanks

It doesn't seem to take into account the vibration pattern either and is always the basic vibrate

That's odd, @quickzombie. I want to ensure that you can get this clarified and resolved, as I'd expect the vibration on the A54 to be stellar.

At this stage, I recommend that you head to Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > Vibration.

What is the result of the test, please?

I think you may have a faulty device. I have the A54 and it works ok and the vibrations can be changed. I have mine set to zig zig zig, but if I change it to say basic or short etc, that works too.
