I loaded and used an eSIM from Airalo no problem in addition to my main sim.
I then bought another package after the old one expired. However when I go into SIM Manager and tap "Add eSIM" nothing happens (it should open a window for the QR code). I tried to delete the old eSIM and it says it has deleted it but it is still there so I am stuck.
I have removed my physical Sim card did a soft reset and even a factory reset. So I am stuck. The factory reset should have wiped out the old eSIM but it didn't. I have reset Network settings and have the latest software.
Any suggestions, I am off travelling in a few days and really need this.

It's ID Mobile they say they support eSIM.

It might be beneficial to send feedback via the Samsung Members App too to ask the question.
Is it possible the process of adding the new eSim has glitched.

Thanks I have tried solution from google search already Airalo already sent it to me which suggests that others have had the same problem. It worked when I was in Asia the first time so another poster suggested it was my carrier. I will try again when I go on holiday just in case the UK carrier is the problem.
