I have an A53 5G purchased in May 2022. For the most part, it has functioned well without any major issues.
About a month ago I started having connection issues. My phone will show a good connection to either WI-FI or mobile, but I cannot send/receive text messages and websites/apps won't load. I also noticed just yesterday that if I try to call out, the call goes out and the person I'm calling will see my call, but my phone is not showing a connection and I never hear anyone on the other end.
This issue doesn't happen 100% of the time. I am able to temporarily establish a connection if I put my phone into Airplane mode and then back to regular mode. I almost always lose my connection when going from WI-FI to mobile and also seem to lose it when going from one mobile tower to another.
I've tried resetting network connections and a few other tips I've found in other posts and elsewhere online.
