Hi I am trying to do a full cache cleaning but not one app at a time, please does anyone know what keys to press to bring up the factory reset and clear cache option?

Hi @Bev54  you can use the settings methods described to Reset, can clear cache partition and also also Factory Reset from the Recovery Menu.  May need to use USB cable and connect to computer or connect to other Device.   https://www.wired.com/story/how-to-use-android-recovery-mode/

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hey there @Bev54

Settings
General Management
Reset
Factory Data Reset

Are you 100% you want to go for the nuclear option?

Remember to back up the important stuff.

this may not be what you're looking for, but there's an app called "1 tap cache cleaner" that will individually go through all your apps with cache and clear it all for you. I do this once every 2 weeks and it keeps my device running smoothly.
