A53 not downloading anything

My Galaxy A53 5g is not downloading anything on the play store, I have tried to clear data and cache from google play services, download manager and others, it's still not working, updates, downloads, nothing is working also removing my google account from my phone is not possible and also a factory reset is not something I would like to do, on mobile data some things do install but not everything and also it uses up my data.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, have you checked if your Google play security update is on the latest one? If so have you tried to do wipe cache partition? If no you could try do this by Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. Once the Android Recovery screen comes up, release the buttons. Use the Volume Down button until you are highlighting 'Wipe cache partition. ' last thing you could do is factory reset but make sure to back up all your data beforehand

Hi, I have had this phone since about March of this year, I got the phone used from a family member and I'm fairly sure not 100% sure that they got it around early 2023, I was able to download things in the past but this issue has been happening for a while now, I'm fairly sure the family member I got it from boguht the phone from amazon.
