a53 crashing after UI 6.0

I have had a galaxy a53 for around 2 years now and it worked amazingly, but ever sense the new up date my phone has been crashing more and more to the point I cant even log in, as soon as the apps pop up on my phone it crashes sometimes my phone won't even turn on and it will crash on the phone starting screen. i have made multiple bug reports and no update on the problems I'm having I cant even use my phone to check.

Came back to say I tried the factory reset and it did not help.

actually, i just tried the freezer method once again, but this time i powered off my phone first. 5 mins in the freezer, i took it out and kept my phone off for about 10 mins. powered on my phone again, did the cleaning via the Device Care feature where you can optimize your phone (automatically check battery usage, storage issues, detect app crashes, malware, etc.) and so far it hasn't crashed (to be precise it's been an hour now).

so yes, all good for now, i will update this thread if my phone crashed again

Happening to me in August 24 any fixes. Hard reset made no difference.
