Since the software update, my SIM 2 is no longer recognized...Wo can help please?

I've already done all of that in advance. Nothing helped! If I change the SIM card configuration, it stays the same—SIM 2 isn't recognized!

Please send us an Error report for our Software Team to check. Go into the Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback > New message icon (bottom right) > Select the category > Make sure you check Send system log data > Tap Send message.
