Since the software update, my SIM 2 is no longer recognized...Wo can help please?

Here are a few steps that you can try, @Members_UsYSsqt.

  • Turn the phone off. Remove the SIM card and wipe the gold contact on the back. Then, insert it back into the phone.
  • Check for any damage to the SIM tray of your phone.
  • If you have ported a phone number from another network to your mobile network, then it can take at least 2 working days for the number port to go through.
  • Check with your network provider if there are any restrictions on your network account.

I've already done all of that in advance. Nothing helped! If I change the SIM card configuration, it stays the same—SIM 2 isn't recognized!

Please send us an Error report for our Software Team to check. Go into the Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback > New message icon (bottom right) > Select the category > Make sure you check Send system log data > Tap Send message.
