A52s New phone. No special apps. Everything through play store. When wifi is on. After 5 to ten minutes the phone freezes, then restarts. All else seems OK.

Space is not an issue, nor accumulated data. The problem appeared within first 3 hours. I did already clear data and cache in Google Play Services and Google Play Services AR. That had no effect.

I should also mention that I ran the diagnostic for both network and wifi. I am also using Firefox as my browser (for 20 years wherever possible). I only mention this since it appears that managing apps maybe conflicting at some level, and I am not using Chrome.

I'm in Germany and, believe it or not, links to a Service Center here do not support English. Perhaps you can provide a link to a Center where I can communicate in English?

Mine is doing the same just after update.
Yesterday morning.
I turn off wifi and no problem all day.
I am convinced that update creates the problem. Hope Samsung to fix bug soon
